This whole trip: from Suwon to Hwaseong Fortress and the Korean Folk Village was absolutely amazing! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Shooting traditional Korean bows at the fortress was one of the highlights! so fun, exciting, and memorable ???? We also received beautiful traditional fans, which made the experience feel even more special. The food was delicious, and the warm sweet hotteok we got for dessert was the perfect treat on a cold day ????✨
The Korean Folk Village was incredibly atmospheric. Walking through the traditional houses and peaceful streets felt like stepping into the past ????????. The place was full of interesting details, and we learned so much while still enjoying every moment. If the weather had been warmer, wearing hanboks would have made the immersion even deeper~ but even without them, the experience was fantastic.
Overall, the entire journey was fun, educational, and beautifully organized. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a rich cultural adventure filled with history, activities, and great energy ✨????????

My K-Cultural program experience in Suwon was truly unforgettable and amazing! Even though the coldness of the winter weather surrounded us, the sheer warmth of the cultural journey made the day memorable.
We started by exploring the majestic Hwaseong Fortress, a UNESCO World Heritage site, feeling the weight of Korean history beneath our feet. A personal highlight was practicing archery for the first time in my life—an exhilarating challenge made instantly fun and accessible thanks to our supportive guides.
The cultural immersion continued at the Korean Folk Village, where we were treated to a vibrant musical performance and the captivating spectacle of a traditional wedding ceremony. Every moment felt authentic and engaging.
The food was a fantastic part of the experience, perfectly fending off the chill. Tasting a hearty, delicious bibimbap and indulging in the sweet, warm street food favorite, hotteok, was the perfect culinary punctuation to the trip.
This was a great program—a perfect blend of historical exploration, hands-on activity, and traditional arts, all smoothly managed by the wonderful, supportive guides. It’s a must-do experience for anyone visiting South Korea!
